Position: Field Lead Facilitator-Urgent

Location: Lindi, Mtwara, Njombe, Iringa, Mwanza and Shinyanga, Tanzania

Salary: Competitive

Contract type: Consultant Agreement

Contract length: 2 Weeks

Full Time: 56 hours per week

Role overview

Support the assessment of the TLED SMEs to evaluate the project performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the project’s in Lindi, Mtwara, Njombe, Iringa, Mwanza and Shinyanga Regions.

Skills, qualifications and experience

Qualification required:

• At least master’s degree in related subject, a PhD will be an asset

• 10 years in the field of M&E, research, project management or related experience

• Experience designing, monitoring and evaluating projects and writing reports with good track records.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to vary communication content and style to suit audiences

• Strong relationship development and management skills and ability to develop effective networks.

• Sensitive to gender issues and the treatment of women and must believe women and men are equal.

• Excellent coordination, planning and time management skills with experience working under pressure.

• Ability to analyse and quickly grasp the fundamentals of a need or issue. Able to find innovative ways of solving or pre-empting problems.

• Ability to be flexible and adaptable to change.

• Able to travel and work away from home up to 40% of the time.
