Sample Answer: While I was working in a grocery department, in a previous job as a sales associate, I was not able to communicate with customers effectively because of my language skills. Actually, I was not confident enough, since it was my first job and I was facing the strangers for the first time. So I learned that communication is the best way to push up the sales quotas, thereby I took different vocational training to make myself better at communication skills. Eventually, I was the most preferable person for our repeated customers in the store.
