Overview
VisionFund Tanzania Microfinance Bank Ltd (VFT MFN) formerly known as SEDA is a fast growing and reputable Micro Finance Bank (MFB), has a loan book of Tshs. 24 billion and 54,000 customer base, more than 5,000 of them being smallholder farmers.
VFT is seeking to employ dynamic and committed Tanzanian young men & women who have passion for people’s economic development to fill in the vacant positions detailed here below:

Position: Customer Service Officers
Reporting to: Operations Manager
Required Minimum Qualifications Knowledge & Skills:- Degree in Accounting from a recognized university – This is a must
- Proficient with Microsoft applications
- Knowledge of any Core banking system
- Good knowledge of financial information
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Experience in microfinance industry is an added advantage
- Excellent character and unquestionable integrity.
- Peoples person with good interpersonal skills/Customer service knowledge

Position: IT Technical Support
Reporting to: Head of Technology and Projects
Required Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills- Proficient with Microsoft applications.
- 2 years working as IT support is an added advantage
- Excellent character and unquestionable integrity.
- Determined personality with initiative, perseverance and the ability Capability and willingness to take responsibility
- Networking, negotiating, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel extensively

Position: Assistant Legal Officer
Reporting to: Head of Risk and Compliance
Required Minimum QualificationsKnowledge & Skills- University degree in Law from a recognized institution
- Proficient with Microsoft applications.
- Two years of working experience as a legal officer and expertise in labor laws is an added advantage
- Excellent character and unquestionable integrity.
Position: Business Centre Manager/Branch Manager
Reporting to: Regional Manager
Required Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills- University degree in Economics, Accounting or Business Administration.
- Proficient with Microsoft applications,
- 5 years’ management experience, 2 years in the supervisory position in a microfinance industry
- Banking certification and experience is an added advantage.
- Excellent character and unquestionable integrity.
- Determined personality with initiative, perseverance and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
