Job Title: Senior Program Officer, Clinical Services (2 Posts)
Location: Mwanza
Reporting to: Regional Program Coordinator
Purpose of the post
The purpose of this job is to assist the RPC in a supervisory role and to offer technical assistance to the Program officers, regions and councils to provide quality integrated HIV and AIDS care and treatment services to the affected patients and their families. Further, this role is responsible for ensuring the implementation of the clinical services activities at the sub-grantee level in line with the work plans set and agreed.Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine or Social Sciences from a recognized institution, preferably with strong Knowledge in HIV and background in public health. MPH or equivalent will be an added advantage
- Current registration with the Medical Council of Tanganyika or equivalent professional body
- Three (5) years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of the current clinical services guidelines, standards, tools, and best practices;
- Knowledge of national guidelines on HIV/AIDS;
- Previous experience working with international and local partners;
