EDUCATION OFFICER (NON FORMAL)
The Education Project Officer will support the implementation of Accelerated Education Program (AEP) and catch up program activities in Save the Children supported schools in Nyarugusu camp. She/he will work closely with the Education Programme Coordinator under the overall umbrella of the Field Programme Manager to ensure that planned programme activities are implemented timely and in line with Save the Children best practices to ensure the attainment of set objectives. ECHO CONSORTIUM AWARD AND FINANCE COORDINATOR

ROLE PURPOSE:
Under direct supervision of Kibondo field office Finance Coodinator, ECHO Consortium  Award and Finance Coordinator is expected  to support the Award Management team in the planning, securing and managing of ECHO funded program. The position involves supporting award information management and compliance with systems and processes. Equally, s/she is expected perform financial duties around accounting cycle and internal control environment, including; to ensure accuracy of accounting records & system, adherence of organizational policies & procedures and to ensure compliance of statutory obligations. Under the direction of an Award Manager and or Kibondo field Office Finance Coordinator, the ECHO Consortium  Award and Finance Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the ECHO Consortium partners to adhere to all award management obligations internally as per their policy and procedures and externally with donors.

This role will work closely with PDQ and Program Implementation/Program Operations on proposals, financial and narrative reporting, monitoring and analysis and compliance processes.  In the event of a major humanitarian emergency, the role holder will be expected to work outside the normal role profile and be able to vary working hours accordingly.

ECHO CONSORTIUM PROGRAM MANAGER

ROLE PURPOSE:
The Consortium program manager will be the key focal point to ensure coordination among the consortium partners and regular communication with SC member office. S/He will lead on developing systems and processes to ensure regular, joined-up and effective coordination and dissemination of information. 
They will be responsible for ensuring key issues are being raised from field level and that management and technical decisions are taken based on quality programme and management information, and follow up.

The Consortium Manager will play a key role in setting the strategic direction of a three partner, refugee response program. This will include leading on proposal development, strategy processes, and driving joint advocacy initiatives with key stakeholders, ensuring these initiatives are informed by effective monitoring, evaluation and documentation of programme learning.

The Consortium Manager will coordinate and support production of submission of quality deliverables to the donor, including donor reports, proposals, assessments and evaluations. S/He will be responsible for ensuring effective grants and financial management systems are in place, with key controls. S/he will liaise closely with relevant local government authorities, INGOs, UN Agencies and donors.


S/he will work closely with partners, and respond to the guidance from the  SC Deputy Director Program Operation/Emergency Team Leder, assigning and coordinating activities of the project with the consortium partners.

ADMINISTRATION AND SUPPLY CHAIN OFFICER

ROLE PURPOSE
To be responsible for the overall logistics operations of the field office which includes fleet management, support in logistics and procurement planning, store management and distribution of stock, local procurement using value for money and cost effective approach, facilities management and assets and inventory management in line with Save the Children Tanzania’s logistics policies and procedures. Support other field office for all the similar functions as and when required.

As a member of the Support Services team, the Administration and Logistics Officer will work collaboratively with Supply Chain team in Dar es Salaam to ensure good coordination, communication, planning, and customer service to staff and the programme, including providing cover for, and support to others and undertaking duties as delegated by his line manager.
