TRANSFER VACANCIES
Mbeya University of Science and Technology (MUST) invites applications from the interested Public Servants who wishes to transfer to Mbeya University of Science and Technology as follows;
1. Assistant Lecturer – holder of Masters in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering or Biomedical Equipment Engineering.
2. Tutorial Assistant – holder of Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering or Biomedical Equipment Engineering.
3. Laboratory Technician - holder of Diploma in Biomedical Equipment Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
4. Medical Attendant – holder of form IV certificate with pre-nursing course.
5. Warden – holder of Bachelor Degree majoring in Educational Psychology, Guidance and Counselling, Social Work or equivalent from a recognized institution.
6. Legal Officer – holder of Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) and must have attended and passed Internship or Law School of Tanzania.
7. Estate Officer – holder of Bachelor degree in Environmental Engineering, Land Management or Valuation.
8. Producer - holder of Bachelor Degree in Mass Communication or TV/Radio/Film Production.

9. Marketing Officer – holder of Bachelor Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Economics or Economic Planning.
10. Procurement Assistant Officer - holder of Diploma in Procurement and Supplies Management, Material Management or Logistics Management.
11. Librarians - holders of Bachelor Degree in Library Studies, Library and Information Science, Information Studies, Documentation or Information Management.
12. Communication Officer - holder of Bachelor Degree in Journalism or Mass Communication.
13. Examination Officer - holder of Bachelor Degree in Education, Statistics, ICT or Computer Science.
14. Cameraman - holder of Ordinary Diploma in Cinematography.
15. Soundman - holder of Ordinary Diploma in Sound Recording.
16. Assistant Journalist - holder of Diploma in Journalism or Mass Communication.
17. Secretaries - holders of Form IV Certificate with passes in English and Swahili, and Certificate in Secretarial Studies who have passed Shorthand (English) and Hati Mkato (Kiswahili) at a speed of 80 words per minute.
18. ICT Officer - holder of Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Computer Engineering (holders of Software Engineering are highly encouraged to apply).
19. Planning Officer - holder of Bachelor Degree in Economics, Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness, Project Planning and Management, Educational Planning or Statistics.
20. Artisan - holder of Form IV or Form VI certificate with Trade Test Grade I/Level III in Mechanical, Electricity, Masonry, Carpentry or Plumbing.
21. Drivers - holders of form IV certificate with valid Driving License Class C or E and one-year Basic Driving Course plus driving experience of at least one year without causing accidents.

MODE OF APPLICATION
Interested Public Servants should send their application letters attached with CV, copies of academic certificates and birth certificate to Vice Chancellor – Mbeya University of Science and Technology for perusal; the shortlisted candidates will be required to request for transfer to the Permanent Secretary, Presidents Office, Public Service Management through their employers indicating readiness to fund their transfer.
Deadline for application of transfer request will be on 16th March, 2019
